There are 127 million Japanese, only about 1% of whom profess Jesus as Lord. God wants to use you to reach this nation. If you feel called to this land, and if you are willing to come and allow the Holy Spirit to spend you extravagantly on the Japanese, then we would love to have you join us on staff!! As a staff member at YWAM Tokyo, you will gain further training and you will be encouraged to grow in your personal relationship with God and explore who you are in Him and who He has created you to be. You will be given many opportunities to grow the skills, gifts and abilities God has given you. You should come ready to pursue the Lord in prayer and worship and be committed to developing a naturally supernatural lifestyle.

In order to get involved as staff you need to have completed a YWAM DTS. After praying and getting a clear confirmation that God is calling you to Japan, your next step is to fill in the application forms. Your application forms and references must be received by us, as well as the application fee, in order for us to process your application. We will then pray through your application to hear what God is saying. After we have felt we have heard clearly from Him, we will communicate to you as soon as possible.
