Financial Responsibility Agreement
The following is the policy for school fees:

Registration Fee:
¥5,000 (non-refundable) must accompany the student’s completed application. Applications will not be processed without the paid Registration Fee.

3-month Lecture Phase Fee:
¥650,000 - includes housing, food, local transportation and tuition. A deposit of ¥100,000 needs to be made as soon as possible (this will be counted as part of your lecture phase fee).

2-month Outreach Fee:
Estimated ¥275,000-¥375,000 - includes housing, food, domestic travel within the outreach nation and airfare.

Refundable Cleaning Deposit:
Upon arrival, students will be required to pay ¥5,000 cash as a cleaning deposit which is refundable based on meeting the cleaning and upkeep of the room during their time at YWAM Tokyo. Any refund will be issued before leaving YWAM Tokyo after graduation.

Payment:
Students who pay all lecture phase fees before the start of the DTS will receive a ¥25,000 discount on the lecture phase fees. Prior to or on arrival, students are expected to pay the full lecture phase fee. Students who arrive with only partial payment of their lecture phase fees must complete the full payment by the third week of the program. If students are unable to do so by the third week, they will be required to withdraw from the program and return home.

Refund Policy:
It is expected that when students enrol, they will complete the entire program. However, in the case of termination or withdrawal from the program, the following schedule of refunds of lecture phase fees applies.

Release Liability Agreement
I/we, do hereby release Youth With A Mission, its agents, employees, and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of injury, damage, or loss, which may be sustained by said person during the course of involvement with Youth With A Mission.

Consent for Treatment
As a prospective candidate for Youth With A Mission, I realise that God may call me to work in a situation or country that may be dangerous or lacking in medical facilities. Should the need arise, where I am either sick or injured and urgently require medical attention, I willingly give to Youth With A Mission and its leaders the authority to make any decision concerning my immediate treatment that they prayerfully consider to be in my best interests, until such a time as I am able to make decisions for myself.
